Hybrid Classes

Can't visit us in person? Not a problem! Join in with our huge selection of online classes. Ask questions and get help in real-time! These lessons are always recorded and are available for replay for six days.

All of our classes are small which means you get the attention you're looking for! This also means that our instructors can better adapt their way of teaching, to suit your unique learning style.

The Institute of Pole is a one room boutique pole space, with competition grade poles (all spin or static) and high ceilings - perfect for your pole competition or show training! Email us for pole studio hire.

4 x Brass 38mm Poles (between 3.3m and 4.2m tall)
2 x Brass 45mm Poles (3.2m and 3.3m tall)
Stage quality vinyl flooring
All poles are 3m apart
