Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in my membership?
Unlimited Practice sessions are included with every membership except the 1 Class / Week Membership which includes one Open Practice Session.
What if I can’t come that week to my class(es)?
If you can’t make your class for the week, simply cancel your booking as normal an if you’re outside the cancellation window (8 hours) you’ll get your credit back on your account to use. You could do 2 classes the following week, or, you have 70 days from the date of purchase to use them all in any way you see fit!
Can I start at any time?
Yes, you can start any membership at any time, you don’t have to wait until a term starts. You will still have 10 weeks to use your credits allocated to your account from the time of purchase.
Are Class Passes still able to be used?
Of course! We’re adding Memberships as a different payment option for you dedicated jungle babes, not taking anything away.
Can I suspend my Membership?
Yes, you can suspend your membership for a maximum of 3 months after the minimum term (10 weeks) is completed. Medical reasons with a medical certificate provided is exempt from this. It’s free to suspend!
Can I change my Membership?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership after the minimum term (10 weeks) is completed. There is also a 7 day cooling off period from the time of purchase if you decide it’s not for you!
What if I don’t use the classes in my membership?
Once a Membership is purchased, all credits are allocated to your account. Credits are valid for 10 weeks (70 Days) from the date of allocation – credits not used within this time period will automatically expire.
How long do I have to use the Practice Session(s) included in my Membership?
10 weeks, as for all the in studio class credits.
