Pole Tricks Classes
Entry Level Pole
New to Pole? This class is for you! In this beginner pole dance class, learn the basics of pole tricks, climbing and inversions. Increase your strength, flexibility and endurance in no time! Build confidence and coordination, as we explore movement on the pole and on the floor.
Intermediate Level Pole
Build on your pole knowledge, taking these longer intermediate pole tricks and combinations to new heights!
Learn upright and inverted tricks and transitions progressively throughout the term, introducing pole splits and strength tricks to your repertoire.
Advanced Level Pole
Learn how to embellish your entries and exits on the pole, explore the foundations of Advanced level movement, unlocking those nemesis pole tricks. Test your endurance with longer combinations and watch your pole fitness skyrocket throughout the term!
Elite Level Pole Foundations
Learn the foundations of Elite Level movement! From various deadlifts and levers, to pole power moves, grip changes, rotations and dynamics! Increase your knowledge and begin to learn techniques that apply to many elite level trick sequences.
Elite Level Pole
Elevate your pole skills in the highest level class at The Institute of Pole! Learn long pole combos to test your endurance, as well as power moves, static rotations, pole flips and interesting transitions to expand your pole repertoire.
Book any of our instructors for 1:1 sessions or grab your friends for a group private lesson! Work on static or spin pole tricks, pole competition coaching, dance, acro and much more! Our dedicated instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Gain mobility, strength and control in our flexibility classes, Stretch Splits and Stretch Back. Whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level, these classes are a must for every pole dancer. Our stretch classes don't require a pole and all props are provided.
Get an intense ab workout in our core conditioning classes! Build a sweat with a low-impact workout incorporating deep core exercises.
Challenge your balance and stamina each week in this core burner session. Don't forget to bring your own mat and sweat towel.
Heels Dance Classes
Heels 1 & 2 Dance Classes
Unleash your inner dance god or goddess in our Heels classes! Choose Heels 1 if you're new to this style or book Heels 2 for more advanced dance. Indulge in accents, learn pole base work and floor sequences for a great cardio and confidence boosting workout.
Are you ready to rock 'n' roll?! Rockin' heels is all about letting your hair down and jamming out to the best rock songs of all time. Improve your coordination, understand timing and build confidence as you learn a new routine every week. Beginner friendly!
